You will only need to choose the areas of your home where you are having difficulty, so how long the online assessment will take to complete will depend on how many questions you choose to answer. We expect that the assessment should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete, but for some people it will be much quicker than that.

There are also some questions that everyone has to answer. These include things like your name and address, some questions about where you live and some questions about your health.
