Where can I learn to lip read?

If you suffer from hearing loss, learning to lip read will give you confidence and improve communication with family, friends and work colleagues.

Kent Adult Education is now running lip reading courses, which are 10 weeks long. You will learn vital communication tactics and be given advice about equipment that may assist you.

These courses are free. Students can enrol onto subsequent 10 week courses to continue with their studies and new students may join at any time throughout the year if there is a place available.
