Remand to local authority accommodation

Remanding a young person to local authority accommodation involves the young person being looked after by the local authority. Conditions can be applied to remands to local authority accommodation as with bail. Unless the type of accommodation is a condition of the remand, the local authority can choose what type of accommodation it provides for the young person.
