Why have one?
|
A Family Group Conference is a way that you and your
family can make your own plan for dealing with concerns that
professionals have raised about you and the care you may require.
Or you may want to have a decision that's made about you by a
professional, reviewed. An FGC will give you and your family the
chance to discuss what needs to be done and show that you and your
family's views are important when considering what is best for your
care. You can speak to your Care Manager about this, or contact
your nearest FGC team.
