Making payments to you

It is Kent County Council policy to make all payments through the BACS system which is the transfer of money from one account to another. The following form should be used for new account set-ups or changes or amendments to the existing bank details but will only be actioned if received from the existing contract holder or on headed paper.

Charging for services

We do not charge service users directly, but pay providers for the services they provide to people who are eligible for our funding. Service users who are not eligible for funding from us continue to pay providers, as was the case prior to the introduction of the programme in April 2003.
