Accreditation

All services will have been accredited by the Supporting People Team as part of the service review process. Now that services have moved to a Steady State Contract we will have to undergo a further round of accreditation over the period of the contract. We intend to manage this process using a simple form that providers will need to complete and which will then be confirmed during contract monitoring visits.
