Supporting People Policy and Strategy team

The Supporting People Policy and Strategy team members are responsible for the following:

• Analyse policy and strategy guidance from ODPM and ensuring their assimilation into programme delivery.
• Undertake research projects highlighting gaps/ needs analysis and work with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for joint working and innovation within the Supporting People programme.
• Manage the day to day running of the referral process and liase with Local Authorities gatekeepers and gather information within the referral programme.
• Prepare a draft Service User Involvement, Consultation and Communication Strategy.
• Prepare and monitor the Kent Five Year Supporting People Strategy.
