Supporting People Performance, Review and Finance
team

The Supporting People Performance and Review team members
are responsible for the following:
- Develop and prepare effective performance, auditing and
monitoring systems to inform strategic decision making and
planning.
- Preparing and uploading SPLS performance data to CLG
- Data quality, analysis and monitoring
- Monitoring performance against the Local Area Agreement 2
Target.
- Monitoring programme performance against National Outcomes
Framework.
- Production of Supporting People business plan
- Programme compliance with Key Lines of
Enquiry
