Age Concern Malling

Pop-in service and shopping services

Age Concern Malling runs two pop-in services at:

East Malling on a Wednesday between midday and 2pm, and

Snodland on a Thursday between 1pm and 3pm

The pop-ins run various activities, including:

• exercises specifically designed for older people to help maintain health, independence and postural stability
• quizzes
• raffles
• bring and buy shop
• alternative therapy
• hand care

A snack is also provided. Transport to and from the service can be provided.

Age Concern Malling also run a shopping service:

A shopping service is provided Monday to Wednesday mornings to a local supermarket. Door to door transport is available via a minibus. Assistance in the supermarket can be provided if needed.
