Age Concern Tonbridge

Age Concern Tonbridge runs two postural stability classes on Mondays in Tonbridge for the people of the Tonbridge Borough, one at 10:00 am and one at 11:15 am.

The excersises are specifically designed for older people to help maintain health, independence and postural stability.

Access to the internet
This new service takes place every wednesday and thursday morning at Forsyth Hall, 5 Bradford Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1DU. You are welcome to pop in and use the internet for a small donation of £2 for the hour. There are two volunteers running the sessions who can provide one-to-one support to help get you started.
