What is BillPay?

BillPay is an electronic method of paying your KentCare account bill online if you hold a debit card.

Who can use BillPay?
Anyone receiving a KentCare account can use BillPay to pay their bill.

Will my details be safe?
Yes, we have strict data protection policies, and Girobank have built in the highest standard of security which stores and transmits data in a secure and confidential manner. Your card details are not retained on any of our systems once the transaction is completed.

How do I know what my client reference number is?
Your client reference number is shown on the top of the KentCare account bill and on the tear off slip.

What should I do if I have lost my client reference number?

If you cannot find or are unsure of your client reference number, contact your local office where the staff will be happy to assist you, or contact:

How do I know what area account I should pay my bill to?
Your area account will show as ESK or WSK and is shown on the tear off payment slip on the account.

What happens if I forget my BillPay password?
If you have forgotten your password to log in with, select the 'forgotten your password?' button on the first Girobank Billpay page. You will then be required to enter your email address, and your password will then be emailed to you.

Can I use a credit card to pay my Bill using BillPay?
No. You can only use a debit card to pay your bill using BillPay.
