health problems.
We are currently reviewing our 10 year vision for Adult Social Care
and asked for your thoughts and comments. We have also asked
service users, carers and our partners (ie. the National Health
Service) to tell us how Social Care services in Kent should develop
over the next 10 years. We aim to produce a final version of this
document by the end of 2006. |

and we wanted to know what is important to you in order to get
things right when planning learning disability services for the

gave us their views through the feedback survey.

report on the findings of the Horizons consultation for the
modernisation of learning disability services in Sevenoaks
detailing the results is now available to view. |

The Voluntary Sector Service Grant Agreement Consultation

Kent County Council Social Services directorate has developed a
standardised agreement for use with the voluntary sector,
encompassing terms and conditions that take account of the
Kent
Compact. We are proposing that the Service Grant Agreement
replace all existing Service Agency Agreements, and be adopted when
purchasing future services with the voluntary sector.
