cost home ownership product, designed to help people who cannot
afford to buy a property on the open market.
A selection of properties that are currently available in Kent

The product,
MyChoiceHomeBuy (this link will open in a
new window), provides grants for social tenants, key workers and
people in priority groups to purchase a property. The grants are
provided jointly by Moat and the Housing Corporation.
