FAQ: What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forget your password you can retrieve from either
the Care Jobs or
Care Services websites. Simply click on the
"Reset
your password" link and follow the instructions. Your password
will then be sent to you.
If you have forgotten both your username and password, or you
have not yet registered on either site you can phone 08458 247247,
and quote Care Directory, for assistance.
Please note your service(s) must be registered on the
Care Services Diretory before you can add vacancies to the
Care Jobs
website.
