Kent and Medway Learning Disabilities Workforce

The aim of the project was to collect current workforce
information from providers of Learning Disabilities social care
which can be used to inform future workforce plans and priorities.
The information will be collated and analysed to provide a profile
of the workforce in Kent and Medway which will be available to
every organisation which contributes to the project.
This project is in response to the changes that are taking place
in the delivery and provision of Learning Disabilities services and
a move towards greater partnership working.
This survey was only to be completed by providers of Learning
Disabilities social care.
