Report a fault / View planned KCC works
To report a fault you must complete the following steps:
- Step 1: Locate the fault using the map, where you can also check if the fault has already been reported to us
- Step 2: Tell us about the fault, and any additional details to help us respond to it
- Step 3: Provide us with your contact details in case we need additional information
You must be able to indicate the exact location of the fault on an interactive map or provide the address of the nearest house or building

Track an existing fault
KCC will not pass your personal details on to any 3rd parties for sales, marketing or commercial reasons,
however, we may pass on your details if it is the responsibility of 3rd parties to provide you with the service that you have requested.
