Report a fault
To report a fault you must complete the following steps:
- Step 1: Enter your name and contact details in case we need to contact you for additional information
- Step 2: Enter the category and type of fault plus any additional details that may help us respond to the enquiry
- Step 3: Enter the location of the fault
You must be able to indicate the exact location of the fault on an interactive map or provide the address of the nearest house or building. If this is not possible call us on 08458 247 800.
