Accreditation
There is now a quality standard which will show how well your
organisation is run and how well you manager the volunteers
involved.
Investing in Volunteers (IiV) is a UK quality standard
administered by Volunteering England, which recognises
organisations' commitment to high-quality volunteer
involvement.
Achieving the standard can lead to more volunteers, a better
retention of volunteers, effective volunteer contribution and a
qualification recognised by potential funders as good practice.
