How we work

The Regeneration & Economy Division is part of the Environment & Regeneration Directorate. We work in dedicated project teams integrated closely both with other relevant Kent County Council services and external partners in order to deliver major regeneration projects.

Our task

Over the next 10-20 years, Kent will experience unprecedented growth that will bring more than 100,000 new homes and jobs to the County.

Our task in this division is to ensure that jobs, skills, transport and good local facilities go hand-hand with new developments so that it results in successful places that are good to live in, work in and visit.
