Ramsgate

Aberdeen House is a prestigious, elegant building full of charm and character that was originally built in the 1880s, as a school. It stands in its own well-maintained grounds and the house is surrounded by well-kept gardens to the front and side. The gardens contain a mixture of mature shrubs, lawns and flowerbeds, which are enclosed by a high hedge for privacy.

The surroundings complement the licensed Rose Garden Gazebo which is an ideal setting for a spring or summer ceremony. When the roses are in full bloom this provides a perfect background for your wedding day photographs.

Aberdeen House is situated in a residential area offering plenty of off-street parking in addition to its own car park. The office is located about half a mile from the main shopping precinct and harbour area, where there is a fine selection of restaurants and hotels.

Aberdeen House offers plenty of choice when hosting your perfect day. We have the St Augustines Suite, which is beautifully decorated in keeping with the period of the building and can accommodate up to 40 guests. At weekends the beautiful Rose Garden Gazebo is available and can accommodate up to 40 guests for that perfect English garden ceremony.

We have full disabled access for all rooms and facilities. For further information on how Aberdeen House can be the perfect romantic setting for your ceremony, please contact the ceremonies team.
