The Milton Place registration suite is situated on the
ground floor of the Kent County Council office building in the
Avenue of Remembrance. It is close to the main high street, town
centre and public transport. The accommodation offers easy access
for both prams and wheelchairs. The small on-site car park has
designated disabled parking spaces. There is a large public car
park close by for visitors and guests.
Ceremonies are conducted in the Milton Room which seats parties
of up to 20, with room for a further 15 guests to stand. It is a
bright, sunny room, decorated and furnished in a tasteful blue and
cream colour scheme. Outside there is a lawned area with shrubs,
suitable for photographs.

Registration of marriage or civil partnership in the
registration room (up to four guests - does not include a
Kentish Ceremony) - £40
Please note: There will be an extra charge for legal
preliminaries (notices to be given by both people), and for
certificates and a rehearsal if they are required. The cost also
includes a non-refundable booking fee. Please speak to our
ceremonies team regarding these charges.
All ceremonies are subject to availability.
If you change the date/time or re-book a ceremony, an additional
fee of £15 will be payable. |
